1. Site Preparation

Verification of foundation levels and anchor bolt positioning to ensure a perfect fit for the steel trusses.

2. Component Inventory

On-site staging and sorting of steel members and hardware to optimize the assembly flow.

3. Frame Assembly

Ground-level assembly of truss segments followed by crane-assisted lifting and bracing.

4. Membrane Tensioning

Careful deployment of the PVC / PVDF, 610 up to 1450 gsm membrane using specialized winches and tensioning tools.

5. Mechanicals & Finishing

Installation of doors, end-walls, ventilation, and weather-stripping to complete the building envelope.

6. Final Safety Audit

Comprehensive torque check of all fasteners and final inspection of membrane tension levels.
