Consultation & Requirements

We begin by defining the building's footprint, required clear span, eave height, and intended use. Our engineers also gather critical site data including wind speed, snow loads, and seismic conditions to ensure code compliance.

Engineering & Design

Using advanced CAD and structural analysis software, we create detailed models. We calculate load distribution across the galvanized steel I-beams and membrane tension, providing stamped drawings for local permit approvals.

Quotation & Approval

Following the design phase, we provide a fixed-price quotation. This covers everything from the structural steel and PVC membrane to accessories like doors, ventilation, and shipping logistics.

Manufacturing & QC

Fabrication takes place in our ISO-certified facility. Steel is CNC-cut, welded, and hot-dip galvanized. The architectural membrane is high-frequency welded and batch-tested for tensile strength and flame retardancy.

Export & Delivery

Components are container-optimized for efficient international shipping. We handle all export documentation and logistics, delivering your structure to ports or project sites in over 50 countries.

Installation & Handover

Our structures are designed for rapid assembly. We offer full installation services or provide an on-site supervisor to direct your local crew. Once commissioned, we provide a final inspection and warranty handover.
