Our Facility

In-House Manufacturing Strategy

Unlike many suppliers who outsource fabrication, Champion maintains direct control over every structural component. Our facility is equipped with high-precision CNC cutting, automated welding lines, and specialized membrane fabrication clean-rooms.

This vertical integration allows us to respond faster to custom engineering requirements and maintain the strict tolerances required for modular "bolt-together" field assembly.

The Manufacturing Process

CNC Material Cutting

Raw steel tubes and plates are cut to exact engineering specifications using high-precision CNC plasma and laser systems.

Structural Welding

Certified welders and robotic lines assemble the trusses, rafters, and gusset plates following AWS/ISO welding procedures.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing

Complete immersion in molten zinc ensures interior and exterior protection of every steel member against rust.

Membrane Fabrication

Industrial PVC rolls are cut and welded into large panels, with keder-edge reinforcements for the tensioning system.

Quality Control & QC

Full-component inspection, welding non-destructive testing (NDT), and membrane tensile strength verification.

Packing & Dispatch

Components are bundled, labeled, and loaded into ocean containers with protective padding for international transit.
