A Champion building is a fully engineered system — rigid steel frame, architectural membrane, protective coatings, foundations and accessories, each specified to your site's loads and climate.
Unlike light open-web tube frames, Champion uses heavy structural steel engineered to your project. Two frame families cover every span and load case:
Solid structural steel I-beams (Grade Q355B / equivalent to ASTM A572-50) for the largest clear spans and the ability to support hanging loads — conveyors, cranes, HVAC, sprinklers.
Triangulated hollow-section trusses — a lighter, cost-efficient option for small to medium spans and rapid-deploy structures.
I-beam frames can be engineered with defined point and uniform collateral loads for in-building equipment.

Our cladding is hot-air-welded architectural PVC-coated polyester, available in seven weights from 610 gsm up to 1450 gsm double-sided PVDF so you balance cost, lifespan and load. Translucent options deliver natural daylight.
